Position Summary Are you a proactive leader who enjoys managing operations, coordinating teams, and driving projects to successful completion? We are looking for a Vice Manager to support the daily operations of our fast growing technology company and help expand one of Ethiopia's leading classified platforms. What You'll Do As our Vice Manager, you will: Oversee the Company's daily operations and ensure departments work efficiently. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Finance teams. Communicate regularly with external consultants and monitor project implementation against agreed plans and timelines. Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management. Monitor platform performance and coordinate resolution of operational issues. Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives. Supervise employees and help improve productivity and teamwork. Ensure compliance with Company policies and operational standards. Recommend improvements to business processes and customer experience. Qualifications & Requirements We're Looking For Someone Who Has >Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems,BIS or a related field. >3+ years of experience in operations, project management, administration, or technology. >Excellent leadership and organizational skills. >Strong communication and problem solving abilities. >Experience coordinating multiple teams and managing priorities. >Good understanding of technology products, digital platforms, or online marketplaces. >Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills. >Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Bonus Points If You Have .Experience working with software development or technology companies. .Experience managing projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies. .Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Slack .Experience working with external consultants or vendors.
