The Service is provided 'as-is' and 'as available,' with no warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties regarding quality, accuracy, and performance. Seleda does not guarantee continuous access or the availability of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

Seleda cannot be held liable for damages arising from the use of the Website or its content. As a primarily advertising platform, Seleda does not control or participate in transactions between buyers and sellers and is not responsible for advertised products or services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Seleda and its service providers harmless from any third-party claims arising from user-generated content or violations of these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

Changes to Services

Seleda reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue its Services without prior notice. If the Service is discontinued, your access will be terminated, and any advance payments will be refunded.

Review and Control of Ads

Seleda reserves the right to review, refuse, or remove any advertisement that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or Seleda’s principles. Advertisements may be altered if they violate advertising rules.

Categorizing Ads

Ads should be placed in the appropriate category. If an ad is posted in the wrong category, it may be rejected.

Illegal Goods

Goods that are prohibited by Ethiopian law cannot be advertised on Seleda.

Unauthorized Goods and Services

Certain goods and services, such as alcohol, tobacco, and sexual items, are restricted from being advertised on Seleda due to their negative impact on society.

Payment and Acceptance of Terms

Subscriptions and one-time payments are made using points in your account, unless otherwise directed by support. Seleda reserves the right to modify payment methods or amounts, and payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Period of Validity

One-time payments are valid for one month, and subscriptions are valid for the duration specified on the pricing page.

Point Recharge

Account recharging is done via Telebirr, CBE Birr, or directly on Seleda’s CBE account. Seleda is not responsible for losses resulting from recharges made through other means.

Plan Upgrade/Downgrade/Cancelation and Pricing Changes

Once a subscription is purchased, it cannot be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled. Pricing changes do not affect already paid ads or subscriptions.

Changes in the Terms and Conditions

Seleda reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance. By continuing to use the Service after revisions, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
